In my efforts to settle a debt with CRA I approached 5 different trustees. I was misled, lied to and told totally different information from each of them. Tales of, you do not qualify for a proposal, you must go bankrupt, to, I get paid $450 per hour. One trustee would not answer direct questions, he would talk around your question hoping to confuse you. Another trustee became irritated at my asking any questions, his remark, Boy, I’ve never had anyone ask me so many questions.

Then I met Ron and Elliot at Brief and associates. When I went to the meeting it was with much trepidation but I left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. We did a proposal with CRA and they walked me thru it every step of the way. A difficult situation made much easier by their professionalism. To anyone in need of a trustee I highly recommend these two gentlemen. Thank you very much Elliot and Ron.
