CONSUMED BY DEBT?
CONSIDERING A FRESH START?

Information for consumers on the insolvency process.

The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) has published a brochure to inform the public about the bankruptcy process. The brochure explains how various debt programs work and the importance of working with Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) as they are the only qualified professionals authorized to administer insolvency proceedings (bankruptcies and proposals). If you're looking for a solution to your debt problem but are confused with all of the options out there, this brochure will assist in distinguishing LITs from debt consultants.
