We wanted to thank Angie and Ron for your efforts and your compassion. We appreciate what you did and more importantly, the sensitivity with which you did it.

My husband and I realized we needed help with our debt situation when after continued payments to credit card companies it felt like the money was going down the black hole and we weren’t making any significant progress in reducing our overall debts. Consumer Proposal helped us reduce our total debt amount and make one single monthly payment. This allowed us to focus on paying it off with all we’ve got, and we were debt free in just over a year.

Hi April – I would like to thank you for your patience and advice you’ve given to me. I was a bit nervous when I saw you and you were very helpful. Just wanted to say thank you for all your help.

Dear Angie, with a grateful heart I’m saying a big thank you for your kindness to me. “A kindness is long remembered”.

In my efforts to settle a debt with CRA I approached 5 different trustees. I was misled, lied to and told totally different information from each of them. Tales of, you do not qualify for a proposal, you must go bankrupt, to, I get paid $450 per hour. One trustee would not answer direct questions, he would talk around your question hoping to confuse you. Another trustee became irritated at my asking any questions, his remark, Boy, I’ve never had anyone ask me so many questions.

Then I met Ron and Elliot at Brief and associates. When I went to the meeting it was with much trepidation but I left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. We did a proposal with CRA and they walked me thru it every step of the way. A difficult situation made much easier by their professionalism. To anyone in need of a trustee I highly recommend these two gentlemen. Thank you very much Elliot and Ron.

I feel that I can breathe now and things are looking better for me. Just want to say thanks again for all your help, it has meant so much to me. I feel like I have a future again. You are very thoughtful and caring with your clients.
